| The Emergency First Responder course is a basic training course for divers and non-divers to learn the skills of CPR and Basic emergency care utilizing the same skills as Doctor's, Nurses and EMT's. Also covered is the proper use of an Automatic External Defibrillator.
Students are introduced to areas such as:
Primary assessment
Rescue Breathing
Choking
Control of bleeding
Shock management
Illness assessment
Injury assessment
Exposure to heat & cold
Burns
Electrical Injuries
Allergic reactions
The course is designed for lots of student participation with practical application and hands on. |
